As the Founder of Collaborative Production Solutions, Monika leads client intake and oversees the review and clean-up of production accounting books and workflows. She specializes in designing custom bookkeeping systems tailored to each production’s needs and prepares clients for state tax credit audits with comprehensive documentation and compliance support. Her hands-on, strategic approach ensures that every client is set up for long-term success; from wrap reports to incentive claims.

Monika Coston is a seasoned production accountant and former production supervisor with over 25 years of experience in film, television, and live events.

Her career spans scripted series, feature films, event television, and documentaries; supporting productions from early development through final delivery.

She has collaborated with major studios and networks including NBC, ABC, Paramount, The CW, STARZ, Tubi, HGTV, OWN, Lifetime, BET+, VH1, and Comedy Central.

Monika has also worked closely with independent filmmakers on powerful projects such as Lilly (2025), Dead Money (2024), and Color Book (2024).

At Collaborative Production Solutions, Kods works as a trusted consultant and bookkeeper, helping clients organize their books, analyze cash flow, and prepare for tax credit audits with confidence and clarity. Her ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights makes her an invaluable resource for producers and creatives alike.

Kods Zouita is a finance professional and consultant with a strong analytical foundation and a passion for helping creative teams stay financially grounded. With a background in market risk auditing and financial analysis at global firms like Dell, Kods brings precision, strategic insight, and a systems-oriented mindset to every client engagement.

A graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, Kods has developed a broad skill set that includes due diligence, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Her experience spans international markets, venture capital, and strategic planning; making her uniquely equipped to support production companies navigating complex budgets and evolving financial landscapes.

As Office Manager & Archivist at Collaborative Production Solutions, Melvin oversees the organization of both physical and digital records for film and television clients. His work supports the company’s core services — including production accounting, payroll, and tax credit preparation — ensuring that critical documentation is accessible, accurate, and audit-ready.

Melvin Coston Jr. is a strategic thinker and detail-driven operations professional with a versatile background spanning production support, research and consulting. Known for his creative problem-solving and clear communication, Melvin thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments where structure and adaptability are key.

Melvin’s career includes roles with Protiviti, the National Science Foundation, and independent ventures, where he honed skills in strategic coordination, systems management, and client engagement. He has also worked as a consultant in the podcast space, contributing research and editorial support to content development teams.

With a commitment to excellence and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset, Melvin plays a key role in keeping the back office running smoothly so productions can focus on what they do best — telling great stories
